The problem

Validation tools give you responses.
Not signal.

The average indie founder spends two to three weeks building surveys, sharing them, reading responses, and still cannot confidently answer: “Will people pay for this?” Not because they did not get feedback. Because they could not trust it.

Anonymous responses
Anyone can say yes. Friends, curious strangers, people who will never pay. You cannot tell who is real.
No identity signal
A generic form gives you answers. It does not tell you that the person who said 99 dollars per month has 4,000 Twitter followers in your ICP.
No synthesis
You read 75 responses and try to find patterns manually. You miss things. You are biased toward the answers you wanted.
No commitment mechanic
Anyone can fill a form in 30 seconds. The bar for responding is so low that the signal-to-noise ratio is terrible.
How it works

From idea to insight.
In under 10 minutes.

01

Build your campaign in 90 seconds.

Choose a track — Validation, PMF survey, or Waitlist. Add up to 10 questions. ValidPulse suggests questions based on what you are building. Publish. You have a link.

The campaign builder auto-suggests questions from your idea description. No blank-slate anxiety.

02

Share the link. Collect verified responses.

Respondents authenticate with their Twitter handle before answering. You see real identities — not anonymous noise. Every response is tagged with who said it.

Twitter OAuth is read-only. Handle and avatar only. No posting, no followers access, no DMs.

03

Read signal, not noise.

Your dashboard shows response velocity, completion rate, and willingness-to-pay distribution in real time. Filter to Twitter-verified responses. See who said what.

Verified respondents carry 3× more weight in the AI Pulse Report than anonymous or email-only submissions.

04

Generate your Pulse Report.

One click. The AI synthesizes your responses into a founder-readable analysis: signal strength, pricing patterns, what the data is actually telling you, and what to build next.

The report is honest. If your data shows weak signal, it says so. No motivational fluff.

Social proof

Founders who shipped faster
because the data was clear.

I sent a Typeform to my list and got 200 responses. ValidPulse gave me 40 responses and I learned more. The difference is knowing who responded.

The Pulse Report told me my ICP was founders with existing audiences, not first-timers. I would have built for the wrong person for 6 months.

I asked about willingness to pay. The median was $39 per month. I was about to launch at $19. That one data point paid for a year of Pro.

The “Built with ValidPulse” badge on my campaign got three people to ask me how I made it. Two of them signed up. The viral loop is real.

My mom loves every idea I have. ValidPulse showed me that real strangers with Twitter accounts were far less enthusiastic. Saved me four months.

I ran the PMF track after three months of building. Sixty two percent said “very disappointed” if they lost it. I had not hit 40 percent yet. The data told me to keep going.

FAQ

Every question
answered plainly.

Anonymous responses are almost free to give. A founder asking their audience for feedback gets a mix of genuine buyers, polite supporters, and curious strangers. Twitter-verified responses are attached to real people with real reputations. They are still easy to give — one click — but they carry social weight. That changes what people say.

Read-only: handle, display name, and avatar. That is all. ValidPulse never posts to Twitter, never reads your timeline or DMs, never accesses your follower list, and never stores your Twitter password. The OAuth scope is strictly limited and shown to respondents before they authenticate.

Your campaign closes to new responses. Existing responses are safe — you can still read them, filter them, and use the dashboard. You cannot collect more responses or generate an AI Pulse Report without upgrading. There is no data loss and no time pressure.

Pattern recognition at scale. Reading 75 responses manually takes 40+ minutes. The Pulse Report does it in under 60 seconds and surfaces: overall signal strength, the three most common pain points, willingness-to-pay distribution, red flags in the data, and a recommended next action. It is honest — weak signal is reported as weak signal.

Yes. The beta cohort is 200 customers. The counter on the pricing page reads from the real Stripe customer count. When it reaches 200, the price changes from 179 dollars to 229 dollars. There is no manufactured urgency — just the real cohort size.

Yes. The Validation track works well for B2B SaaS, developer tools, and professional service products. The willingness-to-pay question is particularly useful for B2B — you can calibrate it to monthly, annual, or per-seat pricing. Many B2B founders find that Twitter verification selects for technical and entrepreneurially-minded respondents, which is exactly their ICP.

Validation is for new ideas — feature voting, willingness-to-pay, pain point depth. PMF uses the Sean Ellis survey structure (“how disappointed would you be if you lost this product?”) for products that already have users. Waitlist captures email and position number for pre-launch scarcity and social proof. You can run all three for the same product at different stages.

Yes. Respondents can authenticate with email instead. Email-verified responses appear in your dashboard with a different badge — they are included in counts and the AI analysis, but they carry less weight in the Signal Score than Twitter-verified responses. You can filter to Twitter-only at any time.
